Mended Hearts is a peer group for middle and high school girls. This program offers a safe environment for girls to talk about their feelings and learn how to handle life experiences in a healthy way. The group is led by a facilitator who directs the group through Biblical instruction.
A life-changing program that provides thought-provoking material on self-worth, purpose, and integrity.
How many of us, looking back, would have loved some encouragement about the value we added to our world around us. To know we weren’t invisible. Instead of reading countless self-help books, we could have had someone sit down and talk with us about our importance to our friends and family. That is the i am ENOUGH program.
This unique, one-of-a-kind character development program is offered in public and private schools for 6th – 8th grade students. With the goal of empowering young pre-teens and teens, i am ENOUGH encourages them to see their own individual worth. They’ll realize they have what it takes to be successful in life.
Middle school students who participate in the i am ENOUGH program not only learn their value and purpose, but they also begin to see themselves differently. While attending i am ENOUGH sessions, “light bulb moments” occur. Students become confident pre-teens and teens who are empowered to make positive choices.
i am ENOUGH includes 4 sessions in each program; totaling 24 sessions in all. Each program is tailored to their specific ages. From seeing themselves as strong young men and women to being prepared for the rough waters ahead, they’ll discuss the current issues they face and how to respond in the real world.
